Travelling in Florida and needed an oil change so we went to Honda of the Bay for service. The staff was good to deal with but shortly after leaving I discovered a plastic clip on the floor on the passenger side. Never thought anything of it but when I arrived home and brought my vehicle into my dealer side for a recall I was informed a clip was broken off the piece holding the filter located in the glovebox. Folks at Bay Honda treated me well with my 2020 Ridgeline when it required some recall work. They provided a shuttle back home while the work was being performed. There wasn’t much provided in the way of follow up describing what had been done other than a printout. They offered other services to be done that I declined. Overall, it was the kindness of the rep who received me when I arrived that left me feeling okay about the experience.

Professional prompt service as usual! I will continue to utilize their service dept in spite of the distance.

Matt was very pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. Loved his non-pressure sales approach and really listened to our needs. James who we initially had an appointment with was kind enough to drive the truck we wanted back from Pensacola. Both Matt and James both went out of their way to ensure that we were very satisfied with our deal. Ryan the financial manager was also super and explained everything in great detail. Further, he was patient when we needed something clarified or repeated.

I visited the dealership for a recall. The service was above what I have experienced at other dealerships. The technician was professional yet friendly while explaining the work to be completed in regards to the recall notice.

I only service my car and from what I have done so far , it is just ok, the Labour cost more that the actual part for the job, and each job comes with a different Labour cost, so it’s not a set Labour cost , it’s like everyone has to get a cut.

Checkin for service was quick and easy. Greeted by a nice service rep who made checkin in easy. Dennis was my service contact and he was nice and professional. Explained all services, pricing and future recommended services. Waiting room was nice with comfortable seating, coffee, bottled water and TV. Restrooms were spacious and very clean. Only issue was the vending machine for snacks wasn’t working. No big deal.

I know they have staffing issues, but other dealerships in town offer shuttle service or loaner vehicles, plus car wash with service.

The worker in Repairs was very friendly and knowledgeable! They treated me with respect and even offered me the Lyft service to and from which I did not know I was entitled to!
