Driver's sun visor was broken. Fortunately they had one in stock. It was fixed in an hour. Unfortunately it was rather pricey at almost $200.00 I didn't break the visor. Apparently it was faulty from the beginning and became useless. This is my third Honda, second CRV. I love my CRV! Great dealership service and sales staff. Thanks! 😊👍

We were in vacation on a holiday weekend. Our starter failed. We had to have the car towed to the Bay county Honda dealership about 75 miles away. The dealership service department called us several times to keep us up to date on the repair process. In our conversations we were informed the battery also needed replacing. All of this work was done in a timely manner and we knew what had to be done With parts having to be ordered the job was finished and we were able to return home on time with no other expense.
