If you’re a woman or military spouse, steer clear of this dealership. My wife went in on June 14, 2025, ready to buy a new vehicle. Instead of being treated like a serious customer, the sales manager told her to “come back with your husband and an offer.” Really? In 2025? I’m active duty, stationed across the country. She was there to make a major purchase, and this dealership treated her like she wasn’t worth their time without a man present. Completely disrespectful and outdated. If this is how they treat people, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Quick and friendly service. They communicate well and get your car serviced in a timely manner.

As a loyal customer I’ve never felt so disrespected and disappointed. Now that my car is practically paid off, I was quoted astronomical fees for service that equated to over 6 grand knowing that my car is in excellent and reliable running condition. I want to continue to be a loyal customer and have plans of purchasing a new car in the near future as well as another for a family member. The more I reflect on my dealings here the more I feel compelled to no longer do business with this dealership.

The sales person Mr Chris was awesome. He listened to us and really helped us get the right vehicle. I love the Honda if bay county everyone was great

I had my first ever service for my 2025 CRV and was greeted my Mr Dennis. He was very welcoming and inviting to speak to! I was a walk in so I expect the wait was going to be long but Dennis made it reassuring enough that I didn’t mind the wait. Thanks Dennis and Mr Cat!

"Milage based " isn't a very good reason to fear a woman into a service. Especially when tools exist for accurate measurements. I May have paid for the service had a proper inspection be done and documented. Also trying to charge for warranty work is a big no no.

I recently just got my 2nd Honda from this dealership, Awesome service..highly recommend them.

We had a service issue while on vacation, Honda of Bay County was able to get us in the next day & diagnose the problem and order the part. They arranged transport back to our condo, an hour away and picked us up the next day. Car was repaired within 24 hrs. Everyone there was friendly & efficient. Major problem was avoided. Great job by them.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and accommodating. I had a recall and pending a warranty repair. Although - issue with Lyft. The ride back to the shop, vehicle smells of marijuana use. Advice that Lyft may not be the best mode of transportation to represent your company… To each their own but our life is in their hands and we’re also military. So being in that vehicle was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Nothing directly on Honda’s part.. but a shuttle service inside the dealer would be a better option rather than trusting random Lyft drivers.

Clean, easy to find.location uniformed Honda attire. In past Honda attire included their name. Not on this visit. Colors were coordinated. Courteous and helpful staff, even with how to operate the coffee pot. In the past when I came in for special service, I would leave with a sparkling car wash. Not this time, sadly.

The sales department did not seem very motivated to sell new cars, but the service department is fantastic. I ultimately purchased my new car at a different dealership, but will use Bay Honda for service.

The service I received for a safety recall was great. It was completed within 3-4 hours and used the shuttle service which was very convenient and efficient. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was good to deal with but shortly after leaving I discovered a plastic clip on the floor on the passenger side. Never thought anything of it but when I arrived home and brought my vehicle into my dealer side for a recall I was informed a clip was broken off the piece holding the filter located in the glovebox. Folks at Bay Honda treated me well with my 2020 Ridgeline when it required some recall work. They provided a shuttle back home while the work was being performed. There wasn’t much provided in the way of follow up describing what had been done other than a printout. They offered other services to be done that I declined. Overall, it was the kindness of the rep who received me when I arrived that left me feeling okay about the experience.
